The staff were courteous, helpful, and always had a smile. The facility was clean, spacious, and above regular hotel standards. The apartments were comfortable and great for families or groups. The airport transfer service was friendly and efficient.

This hotel provided us with a truly luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre had exclusive amenities, such as a Jacuzzi and body wraps, which left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was also a highlight, and the service from the staff was exceptional. We enjoyed live entertainment and delicious food at the restaurant and bar/lounge area. the private facilities, including a steam room and Turkish bath, added to the exclusivity of our stay. the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers was a great spot for soaking up the atmosphere of the venue.
The only minor issue we encountered was with breakfast. Although the continental breakfast was satisfying, we were hoping for more diversity in the menu.

We had a fantastic 6-night stay in this beautiful 5-star hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within an hour's reach of most major sights. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms that had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was really good, always friendly, and ready to help. They provided great recommendations for places to visit and even assisted us with other bookings. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff serving us was polite and professional.
